Terms & Conditions

Salary Earner

  1. Applicant must be Malaysian only.

  2. Applicant age must be from 21 to 65 years old only.

  3. Minimum financing amount from RM20,000, and maximum financing amount RM10mil.

  4. Minimum Gross Salary is RM 36,000 per annum.

Required Documents

  • Copy of NRIC front & Back.

  • Latest of EPF statement.

  • 6-months latest of payslip.

  • 6-month salary credited bank statement.

  • The latest year of Income Tax report.


Business Owner

  1. Applicant must be Malaysian only.

  2. Applicant age must be from 21 to 65 years old only.

  3. Minimum financing amount from RM20,000, and maximum financing amount RM10mil.

  4. Business registered for more than two years.

Required Documents

  • Copy of NRIC front & Back.

  • Business Registration Certificate or Form 9, 24, & 49 (SSM).

  • Latest 6-month company’s principal current account statements.

  • The latest year of Income Tax report.

  • The Profit and Lost statement for auditor.
